Shipping Policy

At The Arcturian, we believe self-care should arrive as swiftly as the stars align. Every order is handled with care and dispatched on its journey to you within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Processing & Dispatch

  • Shop with confidence knowing that we ship with Australia Post
  • Orders are lovingly prepared and shipped within 48 hours.
  • Once your package has been entrusted to the courier, you’ll receive a cosmic dispatch email with your tracking link so you can follow its journey to you.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • For all express orders within NSW: 1-2 business days.
  • For all standard orders within NSW: 2-4 business days.
  • For all express orders Australia-wide: 1-3+ business days.
  • For all other standard orders Australia-Wide: 3-6 business days.

 

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. Estimated arrival depending on region is calculated at checkout.

Shipping Costs

  • $9.99 flat rate across Australia. Upgrade to Express for $14.99 and receive your ritual sooner.
  • Complimentary domestic shipping on orders over $99.

Delays & Cosmic Detours
While we aim for your order to arrive on time, external factors such as postal delays or customs checks may occasionally cause slight detours. We appreciate your patience as your parcel makes its way across the cosmos.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if it seems lost in orbit, please contact us at info@thearcturian.co within 7 days of receiving (or expecting) your parcel. We’ll work swiftly to resolve the issue and realign your experience.

Returns Policy

We want you to feel radiant and empowered with every order.
 Due to the personal nature of our body care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once a product has been opened or used.

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@thearcturian.com with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
