Due to the personal nature of our body care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once a product has been opened or used.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@thearcturian.co with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- For-change-of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping

If your item arrives damaged or not as expected we'll take care of it ⎯ always. Simply contact us via email with images attached within 7 days of delivery.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
